NURSERY REGISTRATION FORM

To register your interest for a place at our Nursery, please complete all sections of this form. Children are eligible for admission to Hamstel Nursery from the term after their 3rd birthday, (i.e., if your child is born in October they will be eligible from January). Our core sessions run for the 30 hours of free childcare per week from 9.00am to 3.00pm daily. We also offer a limited number of 15 hours places 8.30am – 11.30am or 12.00noon – 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
